In his 20's I would imagine but DM is spot on, he's been utterly useless for us for the past few seasons. Had high hopes for him when he made his breakthrough in the first team, bit like Ramsey who was excellent a few seasons ago but lately has been just as if not as useless as Ox.

I just hope and pray that Ox somehow re-discovers his form that he had a few years ago before he was injured.

Too old at this point but tbh his age doesn't matter as much as how long he's been at Arsenal, if we got him at 12 and he was 18 now or we got him at 20 and he's 26, he hasn't progressed at all, not one tiny little bit in any part of his game. He ran a lot, fluffed up constantly, can't score and rarely assists when he joined and he's the exact same player today(except multiple injuries inbetween).

There is zero sign at all that he's improving or will ever improve. He is no where near effective now and as he hasn't improved there is no sign he will ever be good enough. Campbell who after a few games in a row showed an ability both on the ball, with vision, with quality passing and shooting that Ox has never hinted at having let alone shown and Walcott extremely rarely reaches... Campbell is relegated to the bench when Walcott/Ox are fit.

I don't want to be overly aggressive but it should be made clear he never, ever had form better than now. He randomly had 1-2 games per season where he got a goal and looked like he might not screw up every touch. Even in most of those games he screwed up somewhere utterly reckless and caused a counter attack.

He has since he joined been very poor but has 1-2 good games a season... as frankly anyone would have. Doesn't matter how bad you are if you keep shooting and keep running eventually the ball will drop just right and your fluky shot will go in.
