UEFA Champions League/Europa League 3/4/5 April *** Spoilers ***

The way the team attack is built around supplying Messi the ball in goal scoring positions, it's no wonder he nets so many. Look at Argentina where the team isn't built around him and hey ho, way less goals, despite being just as nifty with the ball at his feet.

Anyway, two massive blunders denying Milan a penalty and a goal. Those fantastically lifeless goaline officials doing their job as well as ever.

It's not like he rarely scores though for Argentina. 22 goals in 68 games, not a bad record considering he is 24. As a random example Rooney has scored 28 goals in 73 games for England...and Augero 14 goals in 33 goals.

Sorry for the statistics. :p

But yes it is a valid point. He is just brilliant at scoring when he is given the chance. :)

So Rooney has a better scoring rate than Messi then? :p

Edit: ah yes, that's why I love Barca, trying to get players sent off while cruising to victory.

Iniesta/Alves/Busquets, I always say it, I don't condone it but I can understand, a player at Wigan/Wolves cheating as they are fighting to stay up, when a team cruising to a title/win cheats it winds me up so badly.

Though I think Iniesta/Alves have been far less bad this year than last year and the year before when they were diving constantly throughout just about any game you'd see.
