UEFA Champions League/Europa League 3/4/5 May *** Spoilers ***

Cos, did you do the UEFA lottery thing for the CL & EL final again by any chance? If you did and you've got tickets for the EL final, if you don't give them to me I'll perma you. Cheers.

The Villareal manager's a cheeky ****. He's criticised Klopp's celebrations after the game - this was the guy that was celebrating on the pitch last week before the first leg was even over.

What me worry. :p My crystal ball told me not to bother this year but that will change next year. :D

Looks like i'm in the ballot for the final with 7 home games, 1 away would've got me guaranteed. Then just the small matter of sorting out time off work, flights and a passport!

Fingers crossed.

It's a shame it isn't at a bigger stadium to be honest. 35k for a European final is just pants.

9000 Tickets each is even more pants. I think its an absolute disgrace in fact. In a stadium of 35,000 , only 18000 for Sevilla and Liverpool. Means that 17,000 (almost half) of the stadium goes elsewhere. Thats totally disgusting.

35,000. Should be 17,500 tickets for one team involved in the final and 17,500 tickets for the other team involved in the final. Simple.

Same as myself, I didn't think I'd need to go to an away but then I didn't realise the pitiful amount of tickets that the club would get for the final. I've booked flights/train already as it'll be a good atmosphere even if I can't get in the ground.

Providing I get a ticket, I'm going to have to pay over the odds and day trip it, probably via thomas cook who are doing direct flights/coach for £350. Return coach leaves an hour after final whistle. Booked my appointment at the passport office for Tuesday, so that's one thing out of the way.

I contemplated the day trip but managed to get flights on 17th returning on 19th for £141 through a friends friend at BA.

That's to Geneva airport though which is a 3 hour train to Basel which is £65 return. So £206 + 2 nights accommodation via Airbnb for £150 (between 2) so under £300 which isn't too bad, just a lot of travelling.
