There isn't a CL winners spot by default. They create that extra spot if that scenario happens by making a lower ranking side play a qualifier.

They're just unlucky enough to be the league that sits just at the right (wrong?) place in the rankings that if the CL winners don't qualify through their league, they're the lowest rank spot and get bumped to give their spot to the CL winner.

If the CL winner qualify via thier league anyway, then no extra spot needs to be found.

Wow I went from “useless ***** get the big broom out in the summer” at halftime to “I ******* love every one of them!!!”

Bring on the final. Just hope Kane and Winks are fit.
 
Liverpool and Spurs in the final. I think I feel a little bit sick.

Liverpool’s to lose though. Spurs will Spurs it up, they’ve now used their once in a century character card :p;)
