I told u chelsea would do it.

Cavani is useless. only slightly better then Giroud. No way is he worth the pricetag put on his head.

Games like these a player of his so called calibre should have buried that chance.

As soon as he missed it i knew chelsea will go through
 
I really didn't get the whole "game over" feel from the first leg. 2 goals isn't remotely insurmountable Dortmund really could and should have scored 3 today and PSG are no where near as good as Real. 2 goal margin was always very very doable for Chelsea, so much so I thought a win was a near certainty and a winning by 2 was still pretty likely.
 
PSG didn't look up for anything other than protecting their first leg result until they were 2-0 down. Cheese eating surrender monkeys etc.

Madrid squeaking through I see, looks like Dortmund ran themselves into the ground and gave everything but poor finishing and sloppy defending the first leg cost them bad.
 
LOL what a ****ing useless team PSG are, without Ibra they are absolutely crap. Cavani was useless along with most of the team tonight :/

2 goal lead over Chelsea and still manage to throw it away lol. From what i seen of the game, they set out to defend that lead from the first leg...surely after the first half Blanc would have realised that it wasnt going to work but still didnt change the tactics.

Good tactics from the moaning one again, keeps his CL QF record intact.

so u are saying PSG bottled it similarity to arsenal?
 
Even with Ibra they were fairly poor in the first leg. They're so slow, the only players that drive forward are Lucas and Lavezzi and the rest try to pass it into the net which often gets the ball taken away from them in or around their own half. Cavani has been useless lately and even Ibra was poor in the first game.

Different games. PSG should have come out looking to kill the tie as they were already 3-1 up on aggregate and another goal would have sealed it, but other than that Cavani chance they did naff all until the last few minutes when they were about to go out. It's not the first time their manager has meekly surrendered an away leg either.
 
I'm glad they've gone through, I get sick of the press and everyone else in Europe writing of the English teams. Well in Chelski.
 
Cracking match and all, but how come when we, Stoke, used to hoof and throw the ball into the box and scrape a winner it was ugly and unattractive but when Chelsea do it it's considered an heroic fightback?

Both managed by French managers so yep bottled it spectacularly tonight. Instead of defending a crappy 2 goal lead they should have nailed Chelsea to the cross. All i saw was PSG giving away stupid free kicks in dangerous areas and giving...actually handing the ball to Chelsea majority of the time so it was only a matter of time before Chelsea scored for the first goal...second goal was hilarious in that, Ba scored and no one bothered to try and block the pass out...it was truly a WTF moment of comical defending by PSG.

Anyhow **** night of football with both PSG and Dortmund both out, Dortmund should have won if they didnt finish so sloppily in front of the net.

I have a feeling that Chelsea will win the CL this yr...hopefully that pigeons them :p
