UEFA Champions League/Europa League 9/10/11/12 April *** Spoilers ***

The way sneijder took the ball in one touch knocked it past the real defence and slotted home is something that kagawa will never do. Or be able to do. We need players who can get the ball and drive forward. Its something we drastically lack.

Double the wage or no this isn't a profit making scheme this is how do you get the best 11 players you can afford on the pitch at the same time.

This isn't a profit making scheme? You do realise that Manchester United plc is a business right? In fact lets take this a step back, do you know what a business is?

Sneijder was awful for 95% of that game - he missed an absolute sitter in acres of space, continually missed crosses and passes, corners were woeful and in general, looked half the player of 5 years ago.

Did you ever watch Kagawa at Dortmund?

Honestly just do us all a favour and stop commenting on MUFC, you know absolutely nothing about the team.

Utd are approaching a 20th title exactly because they've been run successfully as a business and not a footballing club. They spent money on a new stadium to have a bigger capacity and that decision has meant more stadium income than other teams for well, generations of teams now, not just recently. Their commercial, ticket sales success translates to on pitch success.

Yes, Utd IS a profit making scheme and without it Utd wouldn't be remotely close to the team they are today, there is an intrinsic and undeniable link between profit and success.

So ignoring that, firstly Kagawa has made moves like that one for the goal last night, and ignoring the fact that Sneijder has been cack for two years, and you want to give him 7-8mil a year to be cack in 99% of his time on pitch, and ignoring the fact he could actually simply have miscontrolled it last night. Many MANY goals from the worst AND the best players in the world are the result of a poor touch happening to fall right, or tennis players mi****ting a shot that hits the net, flukes over and they apologise for "winning" the point like that, all sports this is the case. In this case, its even more likely, do you buy the player who flukes one great touch in 2 years, or do you realise that a one off isn't something you buy a player for, not ever.

As said, Sneijder had offers from the prem, and likely other clubs also, and chose the highest wage offer, not the offer of best football/league/chances of euro glory..... so you want a mercenary who favours cash of football and hasn't shown up in 2 years.

Kagawa for Dortmund was awesome. They played to his strengths. The guy is only young & UTD just need to utilise his play better & he'll become a very good player for UTD.

Just what. Have you even watched Kagawa? All he does is drive forward, can finish too. :o

'On the trail of the lost Champions League cup'

Bloody marvellous.

Klopp :3.

Scenes at the end of the match, scenes everywhere.

Dortmund fans/manager are so good, so hard to like them with the constant circlejerk over them all around the internet like everyone has been a fan forever. That and they are broken as **** in fifa

I have so much love for Dortmund, hopefully get over to see them soon :).

Fußball-Club St. Pauli ;) however, remain my special German team.

Haha, I was thinking more along the lines of his jacket half open showing the S logo, but having it as the BV Dortmund crest :D

I would do it, but the colours are too bright for open plan office clandestine work :p

I have ones along those lines, it's just a pain to find an image of Klopp with enough neck, really. Most images of Superman ripping shirt open obviously have a lot of neck, and most images of Klopp don't have neck because he's wrapped up in his jacket!

Would love to see Ibrahimovic and Becks score but I just can’t see PSG wining tonight. Juve/Bayern should be a close one with Bayern winning by a nose.

Really excited for the Barca - PSG match.
