Sneijder was awful for 95% of that game - he missed an absolute sitter in acres of space, continually missed crosses and passes, corners were woeful and in general, looked half the player of 5 years ago.

Its strange because 2 years ago nearly every utd fan on here wanted to and were sure we were about to sign sneijder for 30 mill plus. I lolled said no chance. Now 18 months later he's been a shadow for 5 years?

There some contradictory posting from a lot of utd fans who will probably forget how much they were bigging up the sneijder signing.

For me getting a quality senior player in would be great given how poor we are in midfield. It cannot hurt to put it simply.

Kagawa has offered so little and cost more up front but nm.
