UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [15/16/17 September 2015]

City bossed the game and shouldn't have lost - hardly in decline

Not sure about that. They bossed possession, but not the game. Juve barely broke a sweat and would have loved City moving the ball around as slowly as they did. They were also extremely lucky their 'goal' wasn't ruled out.

Do hope he makes a full recovery and doesn't let it get to his head when he eventually gets back to playing; shame as he had such great promise for England :(

Really disappointed for Shaw :( Good thing he's young but let's hope this injury doesn't hamper his future.

He's very much like Nani at the moment. Occasionally does something amazing but a lot of his decision making is pretty poor. Like that free kick at the end where he had it played short to him and he just thumped it into the first player. He's young though, he needs experience.

He's performing in the UCL but not EPL

P.s how did Martial do?

Martial played pretty well from what I saw, excellent control and made some good runs. Had a few nice interplays with Depay.

Let's stick with EPL :D Didn't Barclays not renew their deal, so there will be another sponser soon?

Bit of a shock reaction from you lot about the league not being great, almost like an International reaction ;)
It swings, it always has done. We had our dominant period several years back, and it'll come back around again.

City game was not a 3-1 game. United, well it's United so wouldn't expect anything great from this year.

Maybe that's the case, although I would imagine that would be a big chunk of change to lose.
Either way, referring to it as EPL now ;)

The 2 Manchester results last night will be irrelevant as far as qualifying from the group goes, Chelsea & Arsenal have to get something tonight though as these are the teams you can't really afford to lose too.
Gutted for Shaw and England too:(

Hope Chelsea get hammered.

Ill cheer Arsenal along though.

Looking most forward to JM blaming this coming Saturdays loss on his players being tired from the CL game tonight :D

£40m /year to be exact

(did a 3 year deal in 2012)

I suppose when you consider the revenue they are bringing in that actually isn't very much at all
