Is Fred really an upgrade on Herrera? Not on showing so far this season.
So far this evening its been a professional performance if a slightly flattering scoreline. However thats what CL football is about.
6/10 max for everyone except Pogba. The new young fullback has been ok too.

It works until you run out of luck and play Seville or someone with a decent player or two.

Keown now advising Fred how to kick the ball. Ironically he proceeds to scuff it a second time from the corner. He (Keown) seems to have a bias to anyone who Mourinho has called out in the past - ie Shaw, Martial. Neither have been great tonight and Martial I find very frustrating to watch. Lingard offers more - was he injured tonight, apparently didn't travel.

I've got to say, I think Lukaku might be our worst 90m spent. He's utterly useless 95% of the time. He might do something regarded as decent every two games. He's a flat track bully on below average sides. Doesn't score anywhere near enough goals, can't hold up for crap, touch is awful, passing range is dire. Barely moves.

I don't understand how he doesn't get slated

Hard to disagree. He has always been streaky but no-one looks like scoring more regularly than him despite his persistent inability to retain possession, hold it up or find a team mate with a lay off.

Finally a good counter attack and lovely stuff from Pogba. Fast and decisive rather than a ball 3 yards behind the player in front.

Good subs. Fellaini has been good the last few games and both Rashford and Fred have been sub-par tonight.
