Even if they had sold Suarez for £90m+ why would any of the 'match winners' you mention want to join them?

Robinho was at his peak ... Ibra is still decent.

If a team pre fair play came in and offered stupid 500m for Messi could Barca afford to turn that down ? Most players have buy out clauses.

However unlikely money does talk and gets things done.

While I'm on a moan where there is enough money involved cheating always exists. Read the book secret race?

I think those were just examples of the type of player Falcao was clearly available this summer and would have been a better fit for Liverpool than balotelli
 
Great match. Feel so sorry for Kane haha. :D What were the Spurs fans singing to him? Couldn't quite make it out.

Late reply to this one, but is it not more to do with France and advertising. I'm sure I've seen other clubs without their normal sponsor while playing across there.
 
I'm not a big fan of Kane. But he was quality today.

Lamela was on a different planet with that goal. Would love to see him become a star. He has weathered awful criticism and his talent is creeping out.
