Bayern vs Barca final please, any other combination would be terrible.

Those two are head and shoulders above everyone else.
 
I did like that with another injury crisis and in particular Wenger complaining constantly that Sanchez is knackered so we get Sanchez not subbed off despite leading 2-0 at half time with an opponent that was awful. We should have brought two people off at half time or maybe 60 mins into the game latest including Sanchez. The second it was 3-0 we should have made those subs at the very least. Instead he waits till the 82nd minute to make two of those subs.

As for if we move forward. Lets be honest, we won't win the league, we won't get far in the champs league.. we absolutely could win the Europa league. Even with weaker competition there are some great clubs in it and Arsenal have a general attitude of bottling it. But I'd still say we have a great chance to win the Europa league and honestly it would be better for us to try that than lose out in the first knockout round of the champs league..... again.

More money afaik in going the rest of the way and winning the europa than one more round in the CL.
 
You have a pretty thin squad due to a lot of injury prone players / long term injuries but how many of last nights team wouldn't be expected to be starting your games if everyone was fit. I would say that at least 9 players on the pitch were first choice and the ones that weren't played really well.
 
I'm not sure what your point is exactly? With injuries and a game won before half time I'm saying why did we wait till the 82nd minute to bring players off. This is where Wenger ***** us over and over every year. Every single other manager in the world would have made 2-3 subs to protect the players and the team at the very least before the 70th minute mark. Many would have brought someone key off at half time like Sanchez.

The fact that we had so many first team players involved is exactly why we should have been making subs earlier to protect them.

Seriously for like a year now, since last xmas Wenger has complained in press conferences about how knackered Sanchez is but every single time plays him and rarely subs him. He had a golden opportunity to here and didn't take it... again.
 
Campbell starting to look like a decent option, not surprising he's looked better since only get 5-10 mins here and there. Quite why he didn't play again West Brom I really don't know. Hopefully Wenger wont just forget about him when disco legs Ox and Walcott are back as well as Ramsey. I already think he's better than the Ox.
