If you're talking about the lingard challenge it did look like the PSV player got the ball in the slow mo replay. Looked like a foul at full speed though.

I missed the game at the weekend but I see we haven't changed at all, still ridiculously slow pace of football, no intent at all about our play. Without Herrera and Mata in the team we look dangerously short of ideas. There have been sparks of potential from Lingard and Martial but it feels like everyone is being held back by the pedestrian playstyle. Schneiderlin has been pretty poor.

Plan 1: Pass the ball around at walking pace and hope the opposition fall asleep or make a mistake has failed. Time for plan 2 in the Van Gaal playbook, stick Fellaini up front and lump it at him until something bounces off him to a teammate or the goal.

So we've taken Schweinsteiger off for Fellaini....our playmaker is now Fellaini.
Yeah but to be fair Schweiny has done nothing. And yes that tosspot Savage is very irritating. John Terry was right about him

He successfully passed the ball and didn't **** up, Fellaini can do neither of those.
