UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [27/28/29 September 2016]

Damn, just got in from work. Looks like I missed a good first half in the Celtic v City game.

Whn Arsenal turn up they just brilliant to watch. Bellerin could probably get into any team in the world at the moment. His recovery pace is ridiculous.

Man City look like scoring every time they go forward but Celtic just keep scoring themselves (in part with help from City).

Arsenal, honestly should have scored about 74 at this point, being only 2-0 is ridiculous. But the commentators going on about it not being a big enough league. Basel are absolutely no where in this game, this is like an inform prem team playing a non league side in terms of how dominant and one sided it is.

Though at this point it would be nice to see Perez and other players getting some much needed game time, also considering half the players haven't scored 2 a piece, maybe it's not their night in front of goal anyway. This is the game to give others some minutes and first teamers a rest.

Think another 5 minutes and its time to make some changes - Burnley away at the weekend, give Perez, Elneny and The Jeff a game.

Vidal with possibly the two most retarded things I have seen this season. A body check in the box that a blind man would have seen and then the next time we see him he flies into a madrid player like a freight train.

Good performance against Basel, could be more clinical i suppose but the overall performance was very good. On to Burnley now, 3 points there and a Spurs/City draw would be a perfect week.

More subs that I didn't particularly like from Wenger. He's running Sanchez and Ozil into the ground. Regardless of how bad Ox is he seems to get game time, he's more than match fit, he's just crap.

Gibbs is rarely fit and not good enough, he needs minutes but ultimately he's not a upcoming or potential star for Arsenal at all.

Kos/Mustafi are crucial to our season, it would be nice to give them a rest now and then and incase one gets injured it would be nice for Gabriel to actually have some minutes before then. Perez just joined and is barely being given a chance when this was a perfect game for him to play 30-40mins. Adelaide is one for the future and in a game so dominant another perfect game for him to come on.

It's this never subbing the 'stars' that generally leads to them either dropping form and being knackered or getting semi serious injuries. Overall easy game but too sloppy with finishing for everyone but Walcott(wtf). Sanchez had a terrible game in front of goal. Just disappointed that when the result became clear Wenger missed the chance to use the subs sensibly and protect our best players.... a massive failing he's had for years that has cost us every year for a decade.

I almost didn't watch the Celtic game thinking they'd just get pumped but really glad i did, really good game.
