I'm far more concerned with a defense that still cant defend set pieces, or the fact that Rodgers seemingly is unable to address that problem.

I know a lot of our fans like to regurgitate the sweeper keeper ******** theory that podcasters/forums etc are peddling, but a sweeper keeper would not address the goals we regularly concede. If Migs wasnt such an excellent shot stopper we would have conceded far more last year - he is low on confidence currently, but the manager needs to take the blame for our defense for me, we havent learnt over the course of 3 seasons now.

Funnily enough, if Madrid sign him I'll trust the judgment of whoever their manager is at the time, Brendan Rodgers, and everyone else who has pushed him as being a top young player over some random bloke on a forum who rarely says anything that amounts to more than trolling.
