They are playing very differently, but Lucas in general has done better than Gerrard, Manquillo better than Johnson (expected), Kolo better than Lovren(not sure if surprising). Markovic has been pretty turd on the ball, Sterling as much as I think he's been a bit crap recently would've done more, Allen is playing a bit turd and Borini is suited to this game a lot more than Balotelli would ever be on his own.

substitute the phrase "a bit turd" for total gash, anonymous except when the attack has broken down on the edge of their box when its come to him. Take him off, get Balotelli on with Borini behind him as a false 10 and Lallana and Markovic as the wide men. Hell go full Diamond with Markovic at the point, Lallana and Can right and left side with Lucas at the base.
 
Quality, the Spanish fans are singing the song about Gerrard slipping onto his bottom.

In other news Liverpool are playing like excrete.
