** Uefa Champions League, Semi-final ** *spoilers*

What a dire dire game...Chelski got lucky that Henry didnt get that penalty when it was blatantly a foul. Pathetic reffing there...wasnt that impressed with Barca...Messi seemed to have disappeared through the game...but then he was pretty much marked out of the game.

Will be an interesting 2nd leg at Chelski's ground...i have this funny feeling that Chelski will go through to the final as much as i hate to say it unless Barca turn up in the 2nd leg and score some away goals. Hopefully that will happen...id hate to see Chelski go through...they were pretty **** tonight and Hiddink saying they dont play defensive football makes me think what a plonker he is:p.

I love the way when people over emhpasis a players performance when the majority of the work was done by the midfiled, as Tummy said.

On the one ocassion that Terry was trully isolated from a quick break when the midfiled wasn't there to cover him and only for Alex to put pressure on Eto'o, otherwise Eto'o would have probably scored.

On the occasion where he was tested, he was pwnd.

Did you watch the whole game or were you chatting with your mates down the pub drinking your pint and lifting your head towards the TV when the commentator raised his voice?

Seems that way to me, anyone who says terry was anything but brilliant needs to sit down and watch the game again. Yes Tummy, that includes you ;)

Not really an armchair expert. I watch a phenomenal amount of football.

I also watch / listen / read about a lot of football, I play and have played. I love football, I spend all my spare time reading/watching/listening and most of the time I should be doing something, I'm thinking about football.

:D just wanted to put that in.

Eat football, Sleep football, Drink football ;)

I merely made that comment in retort to your frankly ridiculous statement. 3 in a row and this one is a borderline personal attack. Grow up.

In regards to that comment, Torres is a Striker, not a Forward. Messi, Ronaldo and Rooney are some of the top forwards in the World so it goes without saying they are up there.

Okay Okay ! Torres is a the best Striker in World Football ;)
Yes he is better then the Drog :D

It's not. It's Katy Perry ;).:D

God damn you. :D:o:p

/erage.

I have explained that Terry didn't do much tonight in my opinion, the midfield got Chelski the result tonight ;)

We however have moved on to KATY Perry :p

Gemma Atkinson, SIT DOWN :D

What !

You mean watch that Chelsea mob again, NO THANKS

I don't need to watch the game again to revaluate my opinion on Terry's performance.

I don't get the "Barca/Messi were/was poor" comments. They weren't, Chelsea just shut them out really well. If Henry had shown some slightly better decision making in the couple of fantastic chances he had, the ref had spotted his blatant penalty, Eto'o had buried the 1-on-1 like he should have, and as a whole they'd relied a bit more on speed than intricacy, it could have been embarrassing. Chelsea, on the other hand, had the Drogba chance, and that was it.

I'm not knocking how they'd played, as it was clearly the best thing to do, but to claim Barca were rubbish for struggling, and yet still coming close, to break down one of the best defensive units in the world, is a bit silly.

Yeh, was a week effort from Etoo tho, also a great save at the same time.

Drogba's was straight down the throat of Valdes, needed a bit of direction

Surely Bojan's chance was the best?

Also I think Cech was great, he didn't start out all that convincingly but got better and better as the game went on.
