yep absolutely.

Never any consistency in decisions like this. It's half the reason the players complain and hassle the ref so much imo (aka bartering!).

Yeah, I think they've been doing really well so far. Not a big team, small nation, etc. but I think they've actually looked quite threatening againt good opposition and a man down.
