UEFA Euro 2016 - The Final - Portugal vs France **spoilers** (10th July 2016)

Least the Beeb pundits aren't sugar coating the tournament as some sort of cracker even they're saying it's been **** :p

It's only because Henry is bitter.

He doesn't like the 3rd place team winning it. Why didn't France just beat them?

Congratulations Portugal.

Portugal were a solid unit all tournament tbf

People keep saying they didn't win in 90 minutes, but at no stage did they look under massive pressure. In most games it's not like the other side had 30 shots, 20 on target and just got incredibly unlucky to score, didn't Croatia have 0 shots, maybe just in the first half, can't recall tbh. But Portugal made Croatia bad and they counter attacked quite a lot, not with a lot of quality but they frequently had people forward.

What are those 20 odd other players doing up there celebrating Ronaldo's win cup win? :p

So many people with the "he wasn't on the pitch, how is he celebrating so hard" sentiment as we saw similar for the 10th CL title. He scored the 4th goal was it and people were incredulous he dared celebrate like he won the game for them.... you know, despite being injured, getting a goal and having led the team to the final. Same as the last one, he beat was it Wolfsburg almost single handedly.

Ronaldo has scored crucial goals and has crucial assists that got them to this final, easily their most important player up to the final and has every right to celebrate winning the title.

Portugal were very much underdogs, How many teams would you name as more likely to win than them? Germany, Italy, France, Spain. Belgium went in higher in the rankings. I think some before the tournament would have fancied our chances against them too.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who will never forget his epic double handball :p Every time he talks about cheating/diving, etc, you just can't help but remember it...

No, I still remember.

Cheating git.
