Ultimately if the players voted on it (knowing he was stable) then so be it. We've had some horrific leg-breaks and games have carried on after 20 minutes despite it clearly having an affect on the team - that Arsenal game with Eduardo still rankles after all this time - so at least they'll have had a bit more time to compose themselves.

The players will always say yes to playing even if they shouldnt. It should be out of their hands imo. The radio reporting the Danish lads look traumatized.

they should’ve just cut back to the studio, having the camera pointed at him and seeing the medic giving chest compressions, nobody needs to see that.

The feed director can't cut to studio, but arguably the local feeds should have. That said, here in Germany no-one was talking and the pundits were clearly shocked and visibly upset when they did cut back. The commentator was gasping for breath between sentences. They're human too and need a chance to compose themselves.
