I have to point out, I'm very much not a football fan. I pretty much only ever watch finals like this. But having seen these women play, I'd be happy to watch a lot more. Well played by all and it's a lot more fun to watch than the mens football.

You cannot play the style of the women's game in the men's game as you would get demolished.

All these long balls, wide crosses etc is from football 30-40 years ago. It works in the women's game because of the height and lack of physicality.

They were chatting all the same **** before the mens final as well. You have to fill hours of coverage with fluff so they come out what all this sort of thing.
