I re-installed but ran the installer as an admin by right clicking and run as. Then set the program to run as admin and it worked from there.

I have my tablet controlling the fans now.....

Run all as admin and make sure you have port forwarded port 9980 on your firewall and router.

I cant even get localhost up :/ Tried all USB headers, Admin account etc etc and nothing :/

Have you installed the software from here as an admin ?

Mine only worked after removing the software and re-running the installer as an admin.

Cool at least it's working now. It's a superb controller I'm really impressed I can monitor my pc's temps and adjust accordingly from the toilet...

The novelty will wear off soon as it's a pretty pointless feature really.

I think it's pretty cool because it means I can internally fit it and then control everything from my computer and it's miles cheaper than an aquaero.

Controlling from your pc is ace as it's far easier than using the unit if your pc is under the desk. Adjusting the fans from anywhere is a bit of a gimmick though.

Yeah, I really can't see a point when you'd want to control it from anywhere. With the exception of if you were demoing an insane mod you could stand next to it with a tablet and control it without having to bend down and fiddle with the unit all the time.
