What an idiot.
Indeed. Clearly took a punch one too many to the head
What an idiot.
Dailyfail coming up with the clickbait headlines again.
We aren't going to war with Russia over action in Albania with a handful of troops.
I suspect that countries will use it as a catalyst to close borders to Russia more expediently though, no reason to allow Russians to freely travel whilst their country prosecutes an unjust war.
Only thing I could see actually triggering article 5 near term would be shenanigans at the power plant.

It’s a great strategy. Sit back, be patient, use your more advanced tech to surgically remove key military installations and units. Note here the majority of losses are military and not civilian, unlike Russias archaic and ineffective approach. Meanwhile the Ukrainians get more training and equipment, giving them an even wider range of options.
I think you're right. A massive counter offensive, if possible, would run the risk of Russian mobilisation or worse. A slow, surgical destruction of their command, logistics and route of escape is brutal. Drones randomly fragging you squad must be pretty horrifying too.
Exactly, Russia can replace men and a counter offensive early on is a huge risk. What Russia will struggle to replace is their equipment due to sanctions and the morale of their soldiers. Keep this up long enough and eventually they may just leave some areas, or they’ll just be easy pickings by the time a personnel offensive is required.

Not sure how accurate it is, but ISW is reporting that the Russians are taking some equipment and troops off the front line and pulling them back to crimea to try and offer better defence to the peninsula

They have more than enough to protect the rear. Its not even a issue, just a state of alertness is increased.
If anything hitting his family is probably more effective.
"more effective" Jesus Christ - If your daughter had just been murdered would you be more likely to change your mind to agree with the viewpoint of the murderers or, maybe just maybe, would you - if you had the resources - want to hunt down and punish anyone who had anything to do with your daughters death? Would the murder of your child harden your resolve or would it make you simply give up instead?
I mean I should be amazed that I even have to ask these bloody obvious rhetorical questions but yet again this thread seems to be filled with people who have no clue how humans work (not just CaptainRAVE btw)!
"Hey you just killed my daughter, maybe I was wrong about you, I'll change my mind now!" - the stupidity at times is painful.
Honestly, don't bother! You have no idea how that person will think in that moment, yours and mine is just a long list of possibilities. He’ll be watching his back that’s for sure and it’ll send a wave of fear throughout the circle. As usual @ianh thinks he knows everything though and that everyone else is wrong.
