If Ukraine has it's Hrim-2 ballistic missiles systems online they can already strike targets around Moscow if they want to and may well eventually do so as retaliation for striking Kyiv, though i'd imagine they're rather busy waiting for more immediate targets deep in occupied Ukraine.
I'm sure there are plenty of high-value military targets around Moscow with the added bonus of such an attack being a huge psychological hit, but it's all relative to Ukraine's more pressing needs as well as political considerations since there are only so many attacks on Ukrainian cities the public will accept before they ask for some retribution.Even if they do, I don't think they would since it's of low military value and could be used as an excuse for Russian mobilization - right now the average Russian doesn't want to fight but it bombs drop on their capital they may very well change their mind.
Also, there is a bigger chance bombs on Moscow would be replied with nukes. It would be very interesting to see what air defences they had in Moscow against missiles. But overall Moscow doesn't seem like a very good target unless you are taking out the Kremlin and Russian leadership
Nice to see that Russia has "solved" the Darya Dugina murder already, wish our police worked that fast.

"Russia' Federal Security Service (FSB) now says it has solved the case and that Ukraine is directly responsible."

Thought that was for forest fires, unrelated to events in Ukraine?Whole bunch of Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations aircraft up south east of Moscow at low level - not sure what they are up to.
EDIT2: Also Special Flight Squadron and Russian Airforce Ilyushin Il-76 on the move in generally the same area - kind of weird patterns but not seen any information which might tie up with it.
EDIT: Also a fairly unusual sighting https://imgur.com/X2sfcn1 - I noticed FORTE10 or 11 was having a good sniff around the Med earlier wonder if Russia has a ship or submarine problem (probably unrelated to above).

Problem is, in order to hit Moscow they would need to be almost sitting on the border which means that wouldn't be an option until Russian forces have been pushed out of northern Ukraine. If Ukraine has it's Hrim-2 ballistic missiles systems online they can already strike targets around Moscow if they want to and may well eventually do so as retaliation for striking Kyiv, though i'd imagine they're rather busy waiting for more immediate targets deep in occupied Ukraine.
