I would say we are directly involved in the war - and rightfully so. It was the best chance to prevent all out war.

No it's not direct, we're indirectly involved.

If we were directly involved then our personnel would be on the frontlines, and we'd be a co-belligerent of the conflict and officially at war.

We're not, we're just supplying a lot of support, equipment, training etc.

It's incorrect to say we're totally uninvolved as that's clearly not true, but it's also incorrect to say we're directly involved.

Sure, but what Tucker said in that video is correct. No one voted on being in a conflict with Russia

And no one voted on a million other things. Democracies don't do referendums on everything - your own government right now is doing stuff every day no one voted for. But to say it like you're implying is extremely disingenuous and you know it because you're a troll. You're just trying to stir the pot

This is a problem. A good % of American's as lapping this up. WTF does Putin have on Carlson?

They have people at the Embassy, including soldiers. There will obviously be some advisors as well. This is pure spin, and skin to finding one black grain in a pile of clean sand and claiming it's riddled with it.

I await the dramatic episode from Russell Brand that increases this conspiracy whilst completely ignoring that the leaker committed a serious crime that endangers many lives and potentially costs a lot of money too fix. These same people will claim that snowden is a traitor as well whilst he at least has 'some' moral compass and reason for doing what he did.

Carlson sometimes speaks sense, but again, when it suits him. He's in it for the money and viewership, not the truth. It's spin, big time.

Fox News (Republican shills) says something that is a current media push by the toxic side of the republican party. Quell surprise.

Also, A hot war is reference to the cold war. US is more involved in syria than they are with Ukraine in a boots on the ground capacity. Heck, they even blitzed an entire Wagner group when the Russians intentionally gave Wagner the go ahead to see what would happen, without informing Wagner they were attacking Americans.

Normal procedure was to either not attack bases, or for either side to tell the other they were attacking so the other side could leave in advance so as to avoid war.

So... The point here is... The USA isn't in violation with Syria for example even though both Russia and USA had/have direct boots on the ground, yet Tucker is claiming Ukraine is a violation for the USA. Funny that.

Keep in your mind that Fox News successfully used the 'it is entertainment" defense in court, previously. I.e. they have no reason now to tell the truth.

Yeah but there's specific protections in place before a country declares war, it's not like Biden could just decide on his own to declare war on China xD (unless China launched some massive unprovoked attack or something)

They're both fighting ISIS in Syria, Wagner isn't the Russia military, it's a PMC group.

Another great video from Mustard, F-15 vs the Mig-25, goes to show the Russians have been chatting **** about platform capabilities for a long long time!

Really enjoyed that, thanks!

Half a million Russians fled their own country last year.

The number of workers under the age of 35 in Russia hit its lowest recorded level last year as 1.3 million young people left the workforce, Russian news site RBC reported.

Young people made up just under 30% of the workforce in 2022, the lowest share since records began in 2006, according to RBC, citing data from audit and consulting firm FinExpertiza.

The percentage of older Russian workers, meanwhile, increased last year as a result of pension reform, RBC reported. About 336,000 people between the ages of 60 and 69 entered the workforce.

But emigration also contributed to the diminishing number of young workers. An estimated 500,000 Russians left the country in 2022; many of those were young people who fled to other countries to avoid being drafted to fight in Russia's war against Ukraine.

Putin is facing an employment crisis if this trend continues.
