I'm never confident about this sort of stuff with Russia because they're known for having an 'opposition' that is not exactly opposing insofar as muddying the waters whilst still being privately close to Putin and his security system.
 
How the hell can Russia fight Wagner and Ukraine at the same time?

Im surprised sky or bbc aren’t running with this yet. Maybe they don’t believe it.

Me too which is why I'm still skeptical here, but would be very happy to be proven wrong, Wagner going rogue would be a fantastic outcome for Ukraine.
 
Wagner has limited logistics, not sure where they'd get ammo or maintenance, etc. once what they have runs out - can't really sustain much of a fight alone.

They'd pretty much have to team up with Ukraine, and that is risky for Ukraine as well because they are not exactly going to stay loyal if they get a better offer.

US/Ukraine/China possibly, though more likely is if they have a groundswell of support from enough of the meatsticks in the RAF they just use those stocks.
 
I get the feeling that this is nothing more than a few isolated occurrences. However wishful thinking an all that. Hopefully this goes bigger than Ben Hur. It would be almost comical if it were for all the lives its costing.
I do feel this will peter out into nothing.
 
Makes me feel a tad nervous , can envisage someone doing something completely crazy and dangerous if someone doesnt know who the opposition is.

They can inform Ukraine of places to hit thus weakening Russian forces and helping Wagner at the same time.?
 
The fact that people are even suggesting that Ukraine team up with Wagner is pretty distasteful. I get it... enemy of my enemy and all that. However considering the circumstances, how much bloodshed of Ukrainian lives and the type of "soldier" that wagner "Employs".
I dont see a reality where Ukraine would work alongside Wagner.

It's not distasteful it's war.
Soviet Union murdered countless polish citizens as part of its invasion with Germany at the start of WW2 only to then sacrifice millions of its own citizens fighting the very country they were buddy with just a year and a bit before.
