I think Wagner in power would not care a jot about Ukraine (and quickly withdraw), they would suddenly have the whole of Russia to get under control.
Further uprisings are likely if they seize power and do not quickly achieve iron fist control.

Also NATO rule about not being part of a war about borders may stop them too
