Such a nice chap that Seriy. Not that stupid as he looked on the telly last year. For reference the buck wheat was used as sort of porridge in USSR and still is now.

Grechka is pretty nice tbf

And yet people keep calling for peace and try to pin the blame on Ukraine. Russia aren’t interested. Prepare to eat **** Russia. Can’t wait for the current batch of weapons to arrive to drive even more Russians out.

Looks like everyone who bought an S-400 going to be scrambling for a receipt
:D

Problem with the S-300/400 systems they were designed when a big consideration was total war with the West - they are actually quite good at their core job but they aren't optimal for a more hybrid situation which often means they aren't active or fully active due to potential for accidents, they also need to be competently operated - something Russia isn't exactly leading the way on and need to be part of a layered system to protect against the full range of threats which Russia doesn't seem to have right although most countries seem to fall down on that aspect as well.

We've also seen with this war they are relatively susceptible to saturation attack as is the S-500 by all reports.

So basically they work well where you either have a large number of systems or a small number of threats, where there isn't a possibility of bringing down a civilian airliner or similar within 200 odd miles by accident and you are only facing threats within the scope of the system itself and the system itself is protected against threats to its component parts :s

I think it’d be better if weapons for Ukraine weren’t announced, just let Russia find out when things start exploding on their end. Then deny all knowledge of or having ever given them to Ukraine when Russia starts complaining, see how they like being hoisted by their own petard.

Nice idea but you'll just end up with show offs on twitter racing to post stories of shiny new kit being sent and then governments having to confirm or deny the stories. A "downside" of democracy is we have the right to be told how our money is being spent.

I seem to remember some enthusiast spotting an experimental British weapon on the battlefield in Ukraine. The old, eagle-eyed enthusiasts don't miss anything.
But, yes, I am sure there are some weapons there that aren't supposed to be there. It's a perfect setting for testing new weapons. And I would bet that the crews operating them weren't born in Ukraine, either.

The Ol' infinitely large Black Budget at play.

No doubt whatsoever that CIA Mercs are playing with some toys.
