For sure, there's a lot of factories and stuff in Chersaky though so maybe chemical explosion or fuel storage, if it really is Thermobaric then it means Russia are going back to standard doctrine of bomb the enemy into oblivion

Not really. The UK takes in a fraction of refugees that other countries host, even countries that are far poorer and wkth less infrastructure to absorb. It is frankly embarrassing how woeful the UK' support is in general.
