Yes - Segal is hardly taken seriously by anyone; why would the Ukrainians care if he made a trash piece of propaganda?

Ukraine is calling fires within minutes so that's rather embarrassing, however NATO forces are also similarly slow due to the desire to ensure minimal collateral which creates a massive line of communication between spotters and artillery crews which I would hope gets eliminated in a total war situation rather than the policing the world situation we'd had in Afghanistan/Iraq/Balkans.

I'm suggesting that someone essentially creating propaganda for what Ukraine considers a fascist regime committing genocide against them might find themselves running afoul of the consequences.

This isnt a game your right but you miss the big picture.

USA and Nato have played the cold war with Russia since the fifties, it thawed out and looked like a uneasy truce was holding.

Then they start to invade their neighbours again with clear intensions to re estanblish the old USSR so the leopard cant change it's spots

Now the USA and Nato get to completly destroy Russia to a point it will set them back decades and possibly force a chage in their policies, in the end its certainly Putlers last actions as leader even if he survives this.

They have beaten Russia and they didn't even have to fire a shot.

Whilst yes in Afghanistan the time it took to cue up strikes and the like was comparatively slow, this had nothing to do with a "massive line of communication between spotters and artillery crews". Its actually very simple lines of communication. Afghanistan and I assume for the likes of Iraq as well, was more due to the checks/authorization/rules etc that was in place, very different types of conflict than whats happening in Ukraine.
Our Sensor-to-shooter links can be very very rapid when necessary.

If they've "beaten Russia", this thread and the majority of media news on the matter is pointless. Biden's continuing to throw billions of Dollars at the situation is obviously the act of senility.

I don't know who you think you're kidding, Russia is far from beaten.

Theres a good breakdown over where that money has gone; most of it is to rearm the US military

Why is it an act of senility?

Ukraine have stopped the most feared military outside of the US and are now humiliating them, with the possibility of taking back thier territory, much of that is down to the West helping to train and arm them plus Ukrainian spirit to fight.

But you carry on believing the mighty russian bear is still asleep...

Can't wait to see the su-57 and armata in action lolz
