Are you sure you have it orientated like in the photos? With the Barbs and hosing at the bottom of the fans? Otherwise it might be a bit wider.

Otherwise are you sure you have 25mm fans? Or can you post a picture of the metal that is obstructing the closing of the side? Are you sure it's not getting trapped on the fan at the front of the tray (bottom right in the pictures), apparently it's prone to doing that, according to the Bit-Tech preview.

It definitely looks as if its Push-Pull in the photographs, so it must fit. Just try it in a few different positions really. nd maybe try with a little force, since it looks like the door tips/hangs down to some degree.

for everybodies reference

the h50 does fit

it would be quite unprofessional of us to sell a £3000+ system using components that didnt fit together

i can assure you that after assembling 6 of these systems personally, that a h50 with pushpull fans DOES fit in this case

also, the prolimatech megahalem, thermalright ultra extreme, Venomous X, akasa nero and noctua NH-u12p all fit in this case no problem at all

XPro, i have a feeling you are getting something wrong, have you tried different orientations?

Hello,

Picture of the plate of metal is obstructing the closing of the side :

INSIDE VIEW

EXTERIOR VIEW

The last image shows the plate interior to be placed in front of part of the fan , case closed ...

This plate limits in height use of CPU cooler exceeding 158mm maximum…
Here an image of the user's manual

OK, Can show you by photograph (Those of your various assemblies) what you claim to be possible?

TBF you can kind of see what he is on about. That fan is close to the side panel (looked at the pics on Bit-Tech again and it is very close). Have you actually tried to fit it? And orientate it so the barbs are at the bottom, like I said?

I mean the pics are very hard to see anything from. Is it possible to leave that fan grill off until the case is closed? So you can do it up after, or maybe pull on it so it's less in the way. I mean it obviously comes off, so is that an option?

And is it possible you have a different revision of the case maybe? Short of actually physically seeing the equipment I doubt anyone will be able to help, especially with the language barrier. If only I remembered more of my GCSE French.

Page 1. <----That way. There are photos of the build.

That does not prove and does not show anything, the door is opened, and when it is closed, nothing does not show if H50 is well assembled into PUSH-PULL…

On the other hand the same photograph as that which follows with in more the assembly into PUSH-PULL would be welcome…

It does not matter if the fans are in a push pull or a pull push configuration since it will still be FAN/RAD/FAN, the fans do not increase in depth. In the photos we can see that the radiator is set up with the inlet and outlets at the bottom. The door also closes, so it evidently is well assembled.

Then, why, in the user's manual he is written what follows:
WARNING! Please ensure that your CPU cooler does NOT exceed 150mm (5.91 inches) height ...

MEGAHALEMS : 158,8mm
NOCTUA NH-U12P: 158mm
thermalright ultra extreme : 160,5mm
Venomous X : 160mm
akasa nero : 160mm

...

How made you to make enter CPU cooler which exceeds the recommendation of thermaltake ???

It's incredible ...

So ...

Have you to the same plate at the same place inside the case?

Have you to the same fan at the same place?

If is yes in the case, you cannot place FAN/RAD/FAN without blocking the closing of the door…

CPU cooler is the height from the motherboard. Not height from the back. I.E. CPU ---> CPU Cooler.

I know, it is also another problem, but why have writing what follows:

I know, the eight from the back is a problem too ...

Can you answer my questions by helping you with my photographs?

the plate obstructs in the eight from the back when FAN/RAD/FAN are in place ... see my picture please ... and can you read your user's manuel ... please and say me what is written concerning the maximum height of the fan cooler ... please ...

Thanks

TBF what the manual says is what Thermaltake will have estimated or guessed at, since Rjk I'm pretty sure works at OcUK and has (possibly) himself built the system, he is saying They DO FIT. Whether the specs say they are too large or not. Chances are you don't have any of those, and they do, so they KNOW they fit.

Again. Have you actually attempted to fit the cooler, or are you just saying it won't fit because you think it's too big. The pictures they have show they have built a system with the cooler you are attempting to use, so it's got to fit. Hell you could do Push-Pull with the radiator against the grill on the back of the case and the Pull fan on the outside of the case (well assuming you aren't pulling air in from the back like OcUK seems to be, otherwise it'd be the push fan outside). But again, they have an all internal Push-Pull configuration.

Again I ask, is it possible you can take part if notall of the "metal" piece that obstructs you closing the enclosure, so that it will close and you can attach part or all of it back on after?

I've tested same thing FAN/RAD/FAN… then, the door did not close more because of the plate of metal… i've tested a NOCTUA NH-U12P as well as the MEGAHALEMS too Great Whole both…
Show me by the photograph like I l' made that this assembly is possible… please ... ok?

ok chief - whatever makes you happy...

all im saying is i have built 6 of these things now...

all with h50s

all in push pull

argument over

Here is the metal plate which carries a filter and which returns to interior of the case and which will come to place itself partly in front of the back fan after the closing of the door… you see?

The assembly of H50… to the closing of the door, the plate of metal come to blocking on the level of the rad of H50 and the second fan…

and of the Megahalems

it is a little simple and fast like answer, to tell me as much to go to show me elsewhere… Thank you for the little helps what killed will have been able to bring to advance this discussion …

your answer is "lamentable"…
