Uncharted on the PS3

I have just realised that, now I have wiped over my old save, my total in game treasures has gone from 47 to 32 - I have the trophies up to 45 though!!! Does this mean I have to get up past 45 again in game before I can acheive the 50+ trophies?

I'm stuck on the first part Searching for Treasure level. There is a vine I have to swing on and jump to the right ledge but the ledge is always too far away. Can anyone tell me how far up or down the vine I need to be to make the jump?

Maybe you need to jump to a protruding rock instead of the ledge?

Does the vine move left and right ?, if so make the vine swing like a pendulum, then jump when it swings furthest over in the direction you want to go.

IIRC you need to adjust your height on that vine, i think you need to climb up a little bit and that will make the distance (IIRC tho, don't blame me if i'm wrong).
 
Only have one more weapon trophy to get - anyone know where you find the 92FS - 9mm as I don't think I have come across one yet??? :confused:
 
I finally completed this last night. I did it on Hard as my first playthrough. I must have died about 150 in the last 2 chapters, but I beat it in the end :)
It certainly has put me off attempting it on Crushing though!

It was nice seeing lots of trophies being unlocked as I finished it :)

Great game!
 
Anyone know if using the slow motion reward while playing through on hard would affect getting the medal when complete?
 
Crushing would make an ideal candidate for hard if it weren't for specific extremely frustrating bits like the plane fight in chapter 4 and the water room in chapter 5 (I think there's a possible glitch that makes this bit much easier). The AI in this mode is quite refreshing and makes for a game which is more involving in a tactical way - 75% way through crushing so far and enjoying it quite a lot for the most part (frustrations aside) :)
