Start up GPUz and see how many GPUs are Enabled - it should be 2

If not try re installing the drivers.

just ran my test
This is the best i can get out of my card it wont go any higher on MSI!
Sapphire 7950 OC cooler but not OC edition
Voltage
power limit 20%
Core clock 1100
Memory 1575

Is that because the sliders are maxed out or the card won't go any further?
If its the sliders click on properties on the shortcut then add /xcl to the command line save click on click on the shortcut it will tell u the clocks have been extended remove the /xcl save then reboot voila u can now go higher!

Can you do a run on 3dmark11 andlet us know what the graphics score is, it should be around 17000 or if you are running on one GPU around 8500 -9000.

How many GPUs are enabled in GPUz is it 2 ?

I had a problem like yours a long time ago - can not remember if it was AMD or nvidia.

Go the the nvidia website and download driver 301.42 (its one of the oldest on there) and install. Make sure the PC reboots when finished. Hopefully this will get you your SLI options back in the control panel.

If you get the SLI options back in NCP then install whatever driver you want to afterwards.

301.42 is a very old driver but very reliable and bug free. Normally the nvidia drivers are a nightmare to install for quad sli but not much of a problem for 2 way sli. 301.42 comes in handy for me to get my system running before I load the other more awkwark drivers.

Have you tried running 3Dmark11 @ stock speeds this will tell us if sli is working. ?

Which connector have you got your monitor on - is it the lowest one on its own.

I have my Monitor on the top left port and my TV on the the only one on the bottom. If I have it the other way around the bios screen comes up on my TV instead of the Monitor

Try using the bottom DVI connector on the 690, they can cause problems if you are using the wrong one. This caught a lot of reviewers out.

With the connector on the bottom DVI try reinstalling the drivers 301.42

I went through this when I got mine new, I even got 3 way sli which was a bit worrying.
