You can clearly see from that result it is fine, no LOD tweaks applied otherwise those rocks would be a blurr.

I have being playing some more seems with a little less core voltage and slower fan speed I can overclock higher, now upto 1629MHz and 8100Mhz, see updated Heaven 4.0 results:-

I know a fan at 100% will use more power than auto but it can only be a few watts surely? I know maxing the voltage isn't always the best option as it can make the card unstable without it actually needing that voltage to hold the clock.
Will update this thread in the morning when I get home.

Yes, Voltage about +50mv and fan at 70% gave a little extra. Give it a go.
