Depends what temps your card runs at

i only use 60% fan but that is only because of the inno3d cooler

Does CPU speed have a big impact? Mine had reverted to OEM speed.

Once you get above about 4.0ghz it does not make a huge difference on a single card. I only got a couple of extra points going from 4.0 to 4.5 earlier.

Tested my RMA card after it sitting there for a few months... my 3way set up r9 290 wont go passed 1175 core on my i7 5930 pc

GTX980 Core at 1352Mhz (1503Mhz boosted) which is + 225 in afterburner.
Memory at 4165Mhz (2083 Mhz) which is +660 in afterburner.

I'm not submitting till I beat 2000, I know it's possible, but Heaven seems less stable for OC's compared to Tom Raider. More playing needed.
