Unigine Heaven 4 benchmark

Just tried +200 on core and mem and it crashed the drivers. Tbh I'm happy being 9th on the list and beating some Titans.

TBH I have a hard time believing your score is at stock speed because of the screenshot mrk posted above

mrk
score: 1259(50 fps) [email protected] evga 780
your score
score 1508(59.9) [email protected] evga 780

That's almost 20 percent performance difference. If you posted even a small overclock result it would prove otherwise. But no worries if you cba, its a nice score either way. 670 sli is the better choice for you though :)

My card is auto boosting to 1006Mhz without me touching it. This could be why it is different to mrk's ?

I'm happy to post results I was mearly stating I was quite happy with the results.

I did post a result with the voltage and power limit increased and it gave me 1545 points.

So between a 780 and a Titan, neither are enough for 1440?

Metro feels juttery on the 780. It is nice and smooth on the 670 SLi. Crysis appears smoother as well.

I'm going to have a good play this weekend and see what happens. I really want to run a single card but the difference is more noticeable than I thought it would be.

Very interested in your findings, as prefer owners opinions :)

I found this benchmark on a 780 review. The 50fps matches with a few 780 results here but the titan is lower than moogleys stock titan score (around 60fps). I have a feeling the reviews of this card aren't completely reliable and there is infact a bigger difference between it and the titan. Maybe I'm wrong.

12. Score 1525, GPU nvTitan @837/1502, CPU 2500k @4.6, MOOGLEYS
13. Score 1508, GPU 780 @863/1502, CPU 2500k @4.6, MOOGLEYS

My 780 and Titan stock scores with the same PC setup are pretty much the same.

Tbh I think the cuts made to the 780 are having less of an effect than was thought it would. Maybe at higher res the differences may show more ?

I've just played a couple of hours on the 780 in Metro Last Light, no jittery issues at all, perfectly smooth. 1440P, Advanced PhysX Ultra Tessellation. I was getting an average of 45-50FPS according to Fraps in the corner with the occasional drop (eg: around the waterwheel area early in the game).

A single 780 definitely seems enough to me. My card is +150MHz now though.

Same sort of results as me. The 670 Sli keeps it at 60Fps with dips into the 40's Occasionally. It just does not feel as smooth to me with slight stuttering now and again.

I think without seeing both it might be hard to tell. If I had not had the 670 Sli I would have more than likely been happy.
