Unigine Heaven 4 benchmark

This is everything at stock. It shows the same as precision.

1006 MHz at stock? what brand do you have again? all I've seen are 863 at stock or EVGA's pre-oc card at 941 and 967 on their ACX card. 941 is what I matched on my ZOTAC for my second Heaven score posted earlier.

Here is my 780 at 1013Mhz(+150) on GPU clock, everything else still at stock as before.

Still under MOOGLEYS card. You say your card is not a keeper MOOGLEYS.. well I'll swap your 780 with mine :D

I think he means his stock BOOST clock is 1006. Your boost clock at +150 should be over 1,100.

Increase your power limit in msi afterburner if you haven't already

At 1013 GPU clock my boost is 1052. I wonder if EVGA have done some other kind of tinkering with the ref cards, need to see some benchmarks from another EVGA user.

Are you getting that reading from gpu-z main page or sensors after running the benchmark? The actual boost will be higher than 1052. If it isn't then try increasing power limit and voltage. There's no difference between the evga cards and others.

Was from gpu-z main page.

Just put 150 on the memory clock too, so 1652 clock and it performed slightly worse then 1502 clock.

Sometimes I've seen results go lower for no apparent reason but simply closing and reopening the heaven application fixes it.

Yeah I ran it again and this time got 1386 points with the 150 on memory clock, 1 whole point higher :D 1652 vs 1502 is making no difference for me. I ran with GOU-Z open btw and after alt-tab my GPU clock was 1123.5.

My brother just ran Heaven on his machine and got 1238 at stock which is 5 points lower then mine at stock. He's running again for variance.

14. Score 1479, GPU 780 @1163/1582, CPU i7 950 @4.0, OCPete
15. Score 1286, GPU 780 @863/1502, CPU 3570k @4.1, mcleish

OCPetes clock's are the boost clocks but mcleish is non-boost. It can be a bit confusing, maybe ask people to post both base clock and boost speeds?

I think its worth noting the cooling on the GPU too.

Air / Water
Ref / WF 3x etc

Good plan?

It is very difficult to make changes now with so many results posted, if I was starting a new thread I probably would not ask for GPU clock speeds. What I do now is go with whatever the user posts, if I tried to get everyone to follow the same system it would create a lot of extra problems explaining the difference between the different numbers.

Air/Water
Ref/WF 3x etc

I wish I had included these when I started doing the thread, it's easy to state if you are using Air or Water.

The main aim of the thread is to have something that is fun and quick/easy to use.:)

Thanks everyone for posting today, seeing how the GTX 780 goes has been really interesting. I think they are top notch cards and would get one for one of my rigs but unfortunately I am broke.:D:)

doh got 1483 with my 780 evga superclock and seems to be stable at 1137mhz and 1674mhz. Was so hoping to take out 1 titan :)

If you can get the vram a bit higher it may give you enough or failing that a few more MHz on the CPU will do the trick.:)

Please don't forget to post a results screenshot.:)

Not a problem, I am just happy people use the thread.:)

I have noticed that too, they do work well together.:)
Cheers kaap, im just a little bit dissapointed the new card isnt much of a clocker compared to my original. Regarding the case and cables, ive grown to hate my bitfenix shinobi xl with a passion. Terrible airflow, a dust magnet uptop. Im saving a few pounds to get my lian li a70f full tower powdercoated and modded for better cable management, (and maybe wc ready). System would run cooler in it as well, but first i need to buy a 3770k.
