The image is buried on Drive C somewhere... Castiel might know where.

Found it...

Its a .tga file in C:\Users\*name*\Heaven\screenshots

I have no idea why its a .tga extension, you may have to convert it some how.

Alternatively get this http://www.fraps.com/download.php

the free version will let you screen shot, just set the desired key and destination in the settings.

the screen shot ends up a normal PNG file.
