I doubt you'd see a huge amount of difference from you're current rig it may run smoother and a few more FPS but upgrading the GPU will be the big turning point.

As I will be waiting for new PSU, GPU should I wait till then for a new cooler?

This would leave a stock 8320 on stock cooling with my old GPU. As there should be no noticeable improvements due to the GPU bottleneck.

GPU will be the new 98XX series AMD when released in October. Similar to a 7870 in power i guess.

Your PSU will be fine for now, you may as well upgrade it along with the GPU.

The 98xx may not be out for some time yet. You could grab a cheap 7750 or something and sell it on later?
