UPS Access Point - Click & Collect

I used it this week, ordered midnight Tuesday, arrived 2pm Thursday.
So just as quick as DPD, although you don't get the texts/emails like you do with DPD.
Handy for me as there's a pickup just round the corner from work.

Ah, I've used it before so I realise it is next day delivery during the week, but I was wondering whether they did delivery on Saturdays :)
 
UPS delivery takes place during the weekdays, so it would be on Monday and not Saturday unfortunately.
 
Very much like Collect+ service. Well done OcUK, another great idea making it easier to shop

Em, have you changed the requirement? Or are those of us on IV postcodes entitled to the free option now as forum members?
 
Didn't work so well for me.

Was in Istanbul, so thought this would be ideal to collect Friday night/Saturday, as really needed to get a system built this weekend...

Last update on tracking was quarter past midnight Friday from Tamworth and nothing since.

Could have have either ordered elsewhere with other stuff that arrived Saturday, or would have at least gotten it delivered to home tomorrow as I'd be in.

So just turned out far less convenient for me overall. Blimmin inconvenient in fact.

Not sure I'd use it again.
 
What is the cut off time for Access Point orders please, I do not see it listed in the T&C's.

4.2 Orders placed before 4:00 pm (DPD), 3.00 pm (DHL) or 2.00 pm (Royal Mail) on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

Mmm,

Been trying to order for delivery tomorrow but keep getting error:

"No access point selected. Please choose a UPS access point"

One is selected, I have tried in Chrome and Internet Explorer.

This is broken on your site, I can select an access point, when I go to order, it either tells me I've not selected a delivery method or I've not selected an access point. I've tried IE and Chrome.
 
Happened to me the other morning and then started working.
However it selected the wrong access point, so I have a 2 miles to trek instead of across the road! :(
 
This is a good service, but I have never received the order next day using this service. It's always arrived two days later at the collection point. Not a problem, but just saying they've never delivered on time for me.
