This has expired now. Only on the day of 31st March 2021 sadly. I got it for free for 1 year. They usally do it once every year on 31st March.

Absolutely! They're extremely versatile to store OS in ISO format on a memory stick. Several ISOs can be stored in a single USB stick and have Ventoy launch the ISO of your choice.

Is this similar to ninite.com ? I like ninite because you can just tick the apps you want and it will install one by one the only issue is iots stuck to just a full of app im looking for an upgrade.
if not does anyone know of something similar or how I could do it ?

plus 1 for winstall vastly greater number of apps than ninite
and simpler than chocolatey
basically it uses part of windows called winget
instead of having to run winget from cmd prompt
this site lets you pick apps or a whole pack of apps
you can then download your choices as a single batch/bat file
especially great if you just reinstalled windows
a single launch of the bat file will get all the latest versions of chosen apps
and they are mostly silently installed too so saves a load of clicking next
you can alternatively do it from cmd
example
winget install --id=Discord.Discord
or multiple apps
winget install --id=Discord.Discord -e && winget install --id=Mozilla.Firefox -e
and simpler than chocolatey

for windows 11 if youre testing the preview
though parts will probably work on 10 too

A couple of programs that I've discovered recently for 3d rendering of Sketchup models are :-
https://www.d5render.com/ at the moment there is a good free version with a professional yearly licence as well as a monthly subscription based version which allows access to an increased model / material library and animation capabilities.
Also https://quixel.com/mixer?utm_source...t responsive search&utm_campaign=search brand which allows users to create custom materials / combined materials from the existing megascans database for increasing the realism in 3d renders. This can used within D5 render as well as other paid software like Lumion.

FanControl is a great piece of software. Jayz2cents did a video of this recently and it seems so much better than what you get with your motherboard software

I literally tried this yesterday
Not sure if jayz2cents tried it on a lot of possible hardware
So although it does look promising
Bear in mind your results will vary
It did pick up and control both my pumps
Did control my rear fan
It did not work with either of my sets of fans that are on
A hub/splitter
Powered hubs that then connect to motherboard header
Not just cable splitters
My lian li controller is currently bricked due to failed firmware upgrade
So no idea if it will work with fans that are
Controlled by usb like lian li or corsair commander etc
My best guess is probably not
It's certainly worth trying the software though
But you're not guaranteed success
Even Gigabyte SIV which I hate does work with my hub fans
Was hoping this software would let me dump SIV

Worked flawless for me. I have 3 front fans on a 3 way splitter connected to a fan header on the motherboard. I have one rear fan on its on own header and one top rear fan on its own header. Everything was picked up. I am using the mix fan curve with CPU and GPU and it works great. First time ever I have been able to control the case fans dependant on GPU usage and not just CPU usage as it normally is.

I forgot it to say it also picked up my gpu
Though couldn't test that
As its water-cooled so no fans
It just returns a 34% fan value for some reason even to gpuz
You have a powered splitter?
Or just a 3 to 1 cable?
I tried both the built in hub on my phanteks 719
And a separate swiftech hub
But no joy
One of them it can see it but it's greyed out
And nothing would give control even when I tried to
Manually assign a sensor in the software

@Vidar is also having problems with it
So it's working great for 1 out of the 3 of us lol
Will try some other stuff with it later
See if can make any progress
It's still a software worth looking at though
