Vac ban

If his account got hacked and has been reset by steam then i dont see why the vac ban can't be removed. His account should be restored to 100% the state it was in before the hack.
For those saying its impossible to get pass steam guard then that is I am sorry to say rubbish.
Thousands of accounts get hacked a month even with steam guard.
I know I was one of them.
To this day I still don't know how - I spent hours trawling my email access logs (i use a third party email provider) and couldn't see any evidence of anyone else accessing my emails. I never even received a steam guard email. Just an email saying your password has been changed followed by a whole host of other emails.
It might of taken them two weeks to restore my account (i.e. 12 days before they even responded... seriously steam sort out your support response times!) But, it did get all reset. Apart from my friends list. Apparently they can't reset that
Don't come in here and post facts like that! There are people in here who don't want to believe this, such is their disdain for the OP and his quite obvious "cheating"
They'd much rather ignore information like this and continue to post over and over again accusing the OP of lying and quite obviously being a cheater...Some people are just ignorant (you know who you are).

Some people are just ignorant (you know who you are).
Because the OP just comes across as unbelievable the whole story sounds like fish, but then some people want to be gullible.
TBH I'm not sure how steam work, but I'm pretty sure, if your account is hacked
And it's proven, steam, once account is returned to the lawful owner, they will also look at all that took place from date of hack, and clear anything that happened, anything else just seems to be pretty stupid.
Just every single cheat says it was not me I was hacked blah blah blah.
My understanding is that VAC bans are never rescinded whatever the reason. It's pretty tough luck on those who get one thanks to a hijacked account.

There's little/no excuse to even have a steam account hijacked now but from what I hear a lot are still stolen every month. The only thing I can think of is that the steam account and email account it is linked to have the same password.
That seems unbelievable stupid, but the game companies always find new ways of getting it wrong. Though I guess in steams defence with how easy it is to boot behind a VPN, hard to know cheat from hack, but 99.9% of theses posts are normally from cheaters, and as cheaters are scum, they deserve anything and everything they get, and no I'm not referring to the OP, while I'm highly suspect of him, I have no way of knowing.
Rofl, love it, i bet hes used a similar note to get out of P.E at school all year.
