Today, my adductors actually felt worse than yesterday: getting out of bed this morning was pretty tough, so I figured I'd have a day off.
But decided active rest was the best way to recover, so figured some arm work was in order. But I'd done arms yesterday, so... front squats it is, then!
FRONT SQUATS (1s) 60-90-110-125(BOOM!)-130(KABOOM!) Well, that was interesting. 125kg was not too bad, but 130kg was uuuuuuuugly.
RDLs (3s) 70-110-110 Light work to decompress my poor adductors...

Interesting session. I wonder if it tells me something about my preferred training system (low reps, heavy weight), that I find 110kg for 3 hard, but the predicted 1RM of 116kg or whatever 'easy' and then another 10kg 'similarly not difficult.
However, this does now mean I should be aiming to clean 120kg eek. Jerk? Perhaps not yet, but we'll see.
