The last superset wanted to kill me. I haven't felt that bad between sets for a long time. :cool:
 
Mirin so hard.

I am at one with the hinge already. Will try some overhead squats on Friday and piecing a few things together.

Absolutely nuked. Twenty minutes and I haven't been as uncomfortable in a very long time. Driving home twenty minutes later was one of the more miserable periods in my existence...
 
First day back in the home gym for nearly four weeks... comparatively high-rep, high-volume training for my upper body... :eek:

FULL SNATCH (3s) 60-70-70
CLEAN AND JERK (2s) 80-90-100

All technique was rusty, but jerks felt pretty strong (unsurprisingly), even though today was split-jerking instead of power stuff.

Squats this afternoon, together with chest'n'bis. Depending on how much time I have. :o

BACK SQUATS (5s) 120-120 bounced through the second set as the coach wanted to do some arms...
BENCH ss/w NARROW GRIP CHINS (8s) 75-80-85-85(7) last rep of the last set was spotted.
STANDING OHP ss/w WG LAT PULL-DOWN (8s) 45-47.5-47.5-50(3) Shoulders DNF'd...
ROPE PUSHDOWN (8s) ss/w LAT RAISE (8s) ss/w 21s x4 sets. Triceps were melting by this point... And then 21s just got silly.

Well, that was interesting. Pump was immense. :eek:
