Right, some DAY 2 action...
Given the amount of fun I had with the jerk blocks on Monday, and I had cleans today, I was going to have to use them again.
Final warmup was a 40kg barbell complex of clean->OHP->front squat->SLDL-type thing for a couple of reps to get moving...

90x3 with a squat after each catch. Figured I wasn't having to squat to catch, so...
100x3 came right up to my shoulders! Very happy!
Until...
110xf: I managed to catch this but my squat catch isn't good enough to recover. As such, could feel my back round at the bottom and bailed. For anybody that's interested in a long wait, followed by rubbish lifting...
100x3: Consolation set.
Very, very happy with the cleans: it all seemed to stack up without any issues. However, it does mean that I really have to work on my catch->squat work, but this will go hand in hand with my front squatting. At present, I top out at 110kg, so no surprises the clean didn't go down well...
DEADLIFTS Strapped up for these: my grip was in pieces after the cleans anyway.

SCORE! 3RM PB!]Really hard. Could feel it in my back due to fatigue from the cleans and the previous 160kg set, so decided to bail before I compromised my form any more.

70x10: thought I'd get tired after 5/6 but carried on... Felt a bit stupid.

Overall, not bad. The Olympic work is - err - working nicely, but just have to push myself harder elsewhere in the week. Technique needs more pattern work, and more strength and power would always be nice.
I am VERY hungry at the moment, however, and my stock of food in the office is dwindling fast!
