OK its being a long time coming, finally we have one of the most advanced graphics cards to exist featuring the latest HBM2.0 memory and a whopping 8G of it for good measure. Performance out the door is very good, especially at this price point, but remember AMD never disappointment with performance uplifts from driver updates and as games take advantage of the GCN architecture and HBM2.0 memory making these cards future proof and a great option for anyone upgrading from an older AMD card or building a new system. Also remember with Vulkan enabled games VEGA is pretty much untouchable at this price point.

Now the good and bad news, the good news is AMD are rebating early launch sales to allow us to hit £449.99 on the stand alone black card which has no games. This is a launch only price which AMD at present are saying will be withdrawn in the near future, when if it happens is unknown, but remember do not be shocked if the price jumps nearly £100 in a few days.

This time round there is no early adopter tax, quite the opposite on the stand alone black card, so do be quick.

We've also made some bundles as well, these bundles feature NO DISCOUNT, what you get is two AAA titles knows as Prey and yet to be released Wolfenstein II PC games, worth a solid £50 between them. That is because to do so, we lose a tonne of cash, but were an AMD partner and we know they will look after those who support them and as such OcUK is playing by the AMD rule book plus we value our customers. :)

Shame on the other stores for just pocketing the cash, in short they will wait for us to sell out and then sell their stock all day long at £100 more.

This, along with the customer service and interaction we see, is why I do my absolute best to shop OCUK wherever possible (price/competition/stock wise).

Thanks mate - it's great to see and a business practice I'll gladly support .... just as soon as you put the Vega 56 cards live!

Just had a thought ... can you tell us the OCUK launch price of Vega 56 yet? If they're coming at £399 then I should definitely move some funds around to jump on Vega 64 now, even though I really wanted a Vega 56 and was hoping for a launch special in the similarly discounted range to go with the LG Ultrawide I purchased from you guys a couple weeks ago.

You should have a word with your parent company then ... Caseking (who own OCUK) are selling RX Vegas for almost exactly €110 more than SRP ... and £100 more than OCUK.

Good that you have the leeway from them to do this, though.

Our prices will be going up in minutes, the cheaper stock is all but gone. I knew VEGA would be insanely popular, but oh my, never seen a VGA launch like it for years, nearly 1000 sold in less than 30 minutes. :D
