The fact you get to view one of the world's greatest cities from a high vantage point which is fairly unusual in London instead of looking out over Dubai?
My understanding was it actually was about the same as the Empire State, which is how they justified it.
I don't recall Dubai having places like Tottenham, Eastham or any of the other sphincter holes in London.
The only term London gets from great is that it is large, the rest is up in the air frankly.
