@Tinders - All packaged up and on its way back along with some Joycons :D - let me know it all gets back safe and is all good. BTW how has your surface been - been ok?
 
Gentlemen... stuff to fix has appeared.



We have a 32x, master system and a switch from somebody, switch needs repairs as does the 32x while the master system 2 is in for mods. The Motherboard with some bent pins is from a forum member. Should keep me busy for a few days.

I've also sent stuff so @Tinders I think yours should arrive back tomorrow perhaps

The black GG we built above turned up at its new home today as well. Currently have a bit of a backlog of stuff to get through and I think I might have to record some of it especially the 32x

Got the goodies this morning, the new surface screen is awesome! such a nice device to use now, considering this is a 6 year old laptop/tablet, its still bloomin brilliant.

Not much out there is truly better than the surface to be honest. Still a very nice device and well worth keeping alive.

Pretty much identical.. all power management etc is identical, in fact the v2 is basically the same board in terms of IC's used with the gpu and cpu bucks being seperate whereas on the v1 its a single chip. Only difference is the lite lacks connections on data lines to a usb-c - hdmi converter chip.

do you take on repair job? i have a switch. works perfectly but the usb port as damage and wont work in the doc anymore.
one of the kids had it plugged in and rolled over it on the bed.

Been having a little sort out and cleaning up my little corner of geek in my office, was starting to look messy... need to do the other lower shelves but I think it's looking better.



Pretty much printed almost all of the handheld stands now and then I'll move onto the other shelves.
