Just picked myself up a litre of proper Russian Vodka, any suggestions on what drinks to make out of it? I've got some Coke and energy drinks and some Skittles but was wondering what else can be done with it :)
 
Dr Pepper is pretty awesome with Vodka.

Kahlua and milk for a White Russian. Little bit of an investment but a very nice drink on occasion. Try it with a variety of fruit juices to see what you like, orange juice and vodka gives you a Screwdriver but pineapple juice or cranberry juice are nice too.

If it's a nice vodka then chill it slightly and drink it straight, if it's a not so nice vodka then sling it in the freezer and do the same.
 
As above, just drink it properly. No point in getting an expensive bottle of proper Russian vodka to then have it with Red Bull or something.
 
What is the definition of proper Russian Vodka?

When I was last over there I don't remember seeing locals drinking any of the major brands sold here in the UK. My friends there also didn't think very highly of 'Russian Standard', I got the distinct impression that the vodka they export over here isn't up to much.

I'm not vodka connoisseur, but I drink Stolly as most of the other stuff gives me bad hangovers.

Russian Standard is a good quality vodka for the price. It doesn't pretend to be eleventy billion pounds but it's a good alternative to Stoli and much better than Smirnoff.
 
haha, Frosted glasses made me lol :D

Im not a vodka fan, but i've only ever had smirnoff or cheaper. So chances are I've started by drinking the eww stuff as usual, and lost a sense of adventure when it comes to what is no doubt better tasting vodka.
 
If it's proper Russian I wouldn't want to damage the flavour, maybe a Martini or something? Save skittles vodka for cheapo stuff

chuck it in the freezer...

also, cool thing to do with grapes - put a bunch of them in the freezer too, when you eat them they will be kinda slushy, good thing to have with vodka:)
