So tickets are coming, mine came today, VXR 8 = :eek: Hope to get a drive in one of those.

So 5th and 6th is the first dates at Donny, would love someone to post of pics and review of the day.

Edit:

This is whats in the pack, basic but tells you about the track, what you will be doing and the VXR Range.

They are meant to come 2 weeks before the date so expect them anyday.

I'm going to Thruxton on the 25th, woop woop.
 
No sign of mine for Brands on the 19th. I think they posted them about a day before the royal mail strike so who knows where they are :(

this country really needs a better postal service.
 
I'm expecting lots of piccies from these events! Unless someone wants to give me a ticket, i'll more than happily come along to take some photos
 
The queue for that will be massive I should think... I'd rather get more laps in the other cars than wait 30 minutes (I'm only saying this so no-one else will wait and I can drive it :p )
 
I'm off down there tomorrow afternoon. They had fleet customers down there last week who said it was good - guest drivers/instructors included Tom Chilton, James Pickford and Paul O'Neil.
 
Well, I've just had an e-mail from Vauxhall saying my event pack will be posted in a couple of days - I'm booked in at Donnington on friday afternoon!

Fortunately my pack turned up last week :D

I heard a rumour that this year it's 3 laps in each car for the track time bit.

Plus:

"Drivers will also learn a few tricks of the trade from a stunt driver, including how to ‘park’ a car much faster than normal using the handbrake!"

I am in same boat, was suppose go with my sister and bro in law but they are getting divorced, so I am going on my own, not arsed still gonna be a great day.
