For plugging into computer:

Make sure you have the beta version installed.
Plug in SD/camera/phone etc...
The auto-play what do you want to do kind of option pops up.
Select import into Dropbox.
Leave and enjoy space increases.

I've only had 500mb increase - Took loads of pictures and they have appeared in my DP account but still only on same limit

You get 500mb for every 500mb you upload using the auto import tool.

Nope, but plug camera in, copy to sd card. Then upload from camera. Or do what some did in this thread. Turn camera to record, highest settings and record 5GB of your desk.

doesn't seem to be uploading all of my photos and videos from my iPhone, total of 38mb out of 1.91gb has been uploaded or 63 out of 101 items :/

I happen to have 2.41gb of photos on my A200, connected CF to card reader, and its taking 9 minutes to upload 2.4gb!

seems to have worked now, just unplugged iPhone and plugged it back in. Now to leave iPhone recording for about 30 minutes

If it's got a blue symbol on it's icon it's not uploaded yet. If it's green it's finished.

Guys, worth checking your preferences (right click the Dropbox icon) for upload speed.

I have 25Mb upload and it was set to "limit upload", so as soon as it was unlimited then it went full speed. Obviously they do this so you can still browse the net while it syncs, but for this purpose then it's worth checking
